Hino J07E Engine
Hino HINO’s original 7.7-liter J07E engine is 220HP/650Nm, and the power program is upgraded to 258HP/835Nm. This power is a conservative adjustment for fuel-saving adjustments and torque power considerations. This model is EURO5 with EGR+DPF system but no SCR urea system
This ECU system uses this Denso system the same as the heavy truck 500 7.7 liters and the heavy truck 700 13 liters engines, and some domestic heavy trucks also use this type of Denso ECU electronic injection system.
For the current Hino HINO system, we have completely cracked it

Main Bearing installation steps:
1. First install the connecting rod (small head) into the pin hole of the piston with a piston pin, install the piston ring (gas ring, oil ring) into the ring groove on the piston, and put the installed connecting rod and piston assembly From the top of the cylinder, insert the big end of the connecting rod downwards (piston upwards) into the cylinder (because the piston ring blocks it, it cannot be inserted to the end);
2. Use a special fixture for installing the piston ring (a tool made of thin iron sheet) to tighten the piston ring (before tightening, adjust the opening gap of the piston ring properly, and adjust the distance between the two openings of the adjacent ring. Generally 120 degrees apart) and the inner diameter of the cylinder liner are the same size, and then gently push it into the cylinder liner (for easy access, temporarily apply some oil to the piston ring to lubrie);
3. Attention! The connecting rod bearing is installed on the connecting rod journal. The two fastening bolts, which one is to the left side of the machine body and which one is to the right side of the machine body, are oriented. You can't make a mistake, mistakenly, the crankshaft is in the machine body. Can not rotate 360 degrees inside;
4. Tighten the two bolts of the connecting rod bearing to reach the required torque, install the cylinder head, adjust the valve clearance, install the oil pump, and install the oil pan. This installation is complete.
